iCardly Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using iCardly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Rubén García Figueroa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use iCardly on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.

Your use of the app

iCardly is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute or misuse the app, and not to use it in a way that could damage, disable or impair its functionality for other users.

Purchases and subscriptions

Free, with an iCardly PRO in-app purchase that removes card limits and adds proximity alerts. All payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple's own payment terms. Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple ID account settings.

Content and accuracy

iCardly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep the app reliable and accurate, the developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it displays is complete or current.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCardly is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubén García Figueroa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, iCardly.

Termination

You may stop using iCardly at any time by deleting the app. The developer may discontinue or modify the app's features at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
